Bei der Verkabelung des Bussystems darf niemals ein Ring (Kreis) erzeugt werden. Die Busleitung darf nur zu Sensoren und Verbrauchern führen! Die Baumstruktur erlaubt im Grunde, dass theoretisch beliebig viele Verzweigungen gesetzt werden können.
